He wrote (22-Dec-01): "I attach a pic of 12 Cobden Pl (second from right) where Margaretta Mathias Loveluck lived up to her death in 1917 and her dau MEOL to her death in 1922. Nos 2-8 have long since vanished. All these houses are due for demolition to make a carpark, but I can't see any real need!"
