Shared note

General the Honourable Edmond Phipps, brother to the Earl of Mulgrave, employed Simeon Fraser as his footman. The General, and his household, lived at Mount Street, Westminster. The General died in 1837 and Simeon Fraser was a beneficiary of his Will, as was his late coachman Thomas Loveluck, who was provided with an anuity.
