The Jun 1858 marriage of a George in West London RD doesn't apparently have a matching Martha, but as the Free BMD entry points out West London should be in Vol 1c not 1a. If we look in the same quarter in the same RD for Martha's we find Martha Wilding, ref 1c 79. So there's the wife of George for you. (And I checked the image for George's entry and it is 1c as well.)
