Thomas was living in Fish St when married in 1832 and at time of baptism of his son Thomas in 1834.

Probably the Thomas Lovelock who was appointed Special Constable for Wallingford on 31 March, 1836. These Constables were all men of business and substance in the town. The purpose was to appoint men with a stake in the community on whom the Authorities could rely in case of riot and civil unrest.
