| Note | Although Thomas' birth does not appear in the GRO records he named his mother as Emily and gave her address as 139 King Street, Cwm, Wales when he enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Force. That is the same address given by Lily Clementina Lovelock when she married in 1925. |
| Note | Thomas enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Force on 15 Aug 1916 in Fergus, Ontario. He survived the War and arrived back in the UK on 31 Jul 1919, landing at Liverpool from Montreal. On 29 Sep 1919 he and wife Eva sailed from London for Halifax, Nova Scotia. Thomas arrived back in Liverpool from Montreal on 17 Aug 1934, heading for 165 Gardenia Avenue, Limbury, Luton, Bedfordshire. |
