Cemetry: Terlincthun British Cemetry, Wimille, Pas de Calais, France Grave Reference: XI.C.33 Location: Terlincthun Britsh Cemetry is situated on the northern outskirts of Bulogne. From Calais follow the A16 to Boulogne, come off at Junction 3 and follow D96E for Wimereux Sud. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometre when the Cemetry will be found on the left hand side of the road. There is also historical information about the cemetery, including the facts that both Boulogne and Wimereux contained a number of British hospitals. The cemetry was created in June 1918, and was used until July 920, mainly for the burial of men who died in the hospitals. |
