The preparation incidental to the Division's participation in the Third Battle of YPRES imposed a severe strain on the Clerical Staff, and the highly efficient manner in which the staff performed its duties was largely due to the energy and cheerfulness displayed by W.O. CHESSELL. This Warrant Officer's services and devotion to duty are deserving of special recognition.'
