It would therefore appear that Milicent did not marry this Richard unless Milicent and Amelia are the same person or Richard re-married. There is no Milicent Lovelock listed in the 1851 census.

Amelia is Millicent Fribbence, and therefore the Richard you ask about is the son of Thomas L and Sarah (nee DUDMAN). I will admit it's a little easier to appreciate if you have the various Census Returns and a map to hand. I can place Richard and Millicent for you in every Census from 1841 to 1881, and her in 1891 (Richard having died by then).
