Shared note

He was a Lieutenant in the Royal Armoured Corps and was sadly killed in Northern France on the 8th August 1944 age 21 and is buried at Bayeaux Cemetery. It is possible that he was involved in the D-Day landings in June 1944. His Widow was living in Harrow and it does not appear that they had any children. (Notes John Lovelock 2007)
