Burial

RL 13/7/07: Hants Burial Index has same entry. John L who m'd Ann Gates in 1706 is a possible alternative candidate for this burial, although he would presumably have been aged around 80 at least so is more likely to have been the John L buried 14 Oct 1724. There is also the fact that a second John was born to Thomas and Lydia and baptised in 1786. This would seem also to count against other possible candidates in John b 2 Dec 1707 (IGI) and John b 1730, the first of whom is a candiate for the 14 Oct 1724 burial, along with his father John who m'd Ann Gates, and also John bap 15 April 1723 at Bishopstoke.
