He bequeathed his butcher's business to his sons Harry, William George and Frank Gordge allowing their mother Mary Ann to continue residing in the house. His wife was also left a weekly income from the business and the furniture. His daughter Annie Constance was to receive the furniture after his wife's death or remarriage. George appointed his wife and son William George as executors. Witnessed by J F Cooper and Alfred Caldecott, solicitors, Henley on Thames.
