Monday, 13 May 1923 Reno Evening Gazette Tonopah Youth Called By Death

"Tonopah, May 14 - Ora Lovelock, aged nineteen, died Saturday noon at the home of his sister in Richmond, Cal, where he was taken from Tonopah two weeks ago to consult specialists for an attack of Brights disease. The boy's case was pronounced hopeless and his family was summoned to the bedside from Tonopah.

The deceased was the youngest son of Mrs. Aura Lovelock (Aura Amelia Holman, married 5 Feb 1882 NV) and the late Fred Lovelock, born at Sodaville and coming to Tonopah when a child. The funeral will be held under the auspices of Mizpah Lodge, No. 25, Knights of Pythias, in Tonopah, Wednesday afternoon. The immediate relatives are the widowed morher, two brothers, Forest, manager of the National Coal Company here and Levant, of Lovelock, and two sisters, Mrs. E.A. (Nellie A. Lovelock) Grovernor of Richmond, Cal., and Juanita (Mary) Lovelock, attending the local school."
