| Note | 21 Oct 1915 Reno Evening Gazette Fred Lovelock Falls Dead "Tonopah - Fred Lovelock, for whose father the town of Lovelock was named, died suddenly Tuesday morning at Luning of Aggravated attack of Asthma. He was preparing to take the train for this city, where his wife and two sons, Forrest and Ara (Forest and Ora), reside, when the end came. Two daughters Nellie and Juanita are in Providence Hospital at Oakland, Nellie taking nurses training there, while Juanita, the younger, is undergoing surgical treatment. The body was brought to Tonopah today for interment. Mr. Lovelock was 67 years of age and lived in Nevada since 1862." |
