Note	On 1 Jun 1848 Susan was the subject of a Settlement Examination which determined that she, aged 37, John, aged 13, Sarah, aged 10, Henry, aged 5. and Emily, aged 3, should be removed from Marlborough St Mary to Wootton Rivers. As she was still in Marlborough as late as 1861 the order was clearly not carried out.
