| Shared note | Putting Richard Lovelock at the head of this tree is speculative; we have the details of the baptism in two locations of his and wife Mary's six children in the Middlesex Parish Records section of the Lovelock Family History website. A Richard Lovelock married a Mary Cooper in St Anne, Soho, but not until 29 Apr 1799. It is perhaps unlikely that they would have had 3 children baptised in Marylebone before that date, although it is curious that the marriage date comes between the first 3 and the second 3 baptisms listed for Richard and Mary. Perhaps their 'misdemeanour' was discovered, and they were forced to look elsewhere to have their last 3 children baptised? |
